Zero Leakage PTFE Valve Seat Butterfly Valve Parts DN50 - DN600

Virgin PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)

PTFE (Teflon) is a fluorocarbon based polymer and typically is the most chemically resistant of all plastics, while retaining excellent thermal and electrical insulation properties. PTFE also has a low coefficient of friction so it is ideal for many low torque applications.

This material is non-contaminating and accepted by the FDA for food applications. Although the mechanical properties of PTFE is low, comparing to other engineered plastics, its properties remain useful over a wide temperature range.

Nitrile rubber has good self-expanding properties, abrasion resistance and hydrocarbon-resistant properties. It can be used as a general material for water, vacuum, acid, salt, alkali, grease, oil, butter, hydraulic oil, glycol, etc. Can not be used in places such as acetone, ketone, nitrate, and fluorinated hydrocarbons.
EPDM

-40℃~135℃

Instant -50℃~150℃

Ethylene-propylene rubber is a good general-purpose synthetic rubber that can be used in hot water systems, beverages, dairy products, ketones, alcohols, nitrates, and glycerin, but not in hydrocarbon-based oils, inorganics, or solvents.

CR

Advantages:

PTFE stands for PolyTetraFluoroEthylene, which is the chemical term for the polymer (CF2)n.

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a thermoplastic member of the fluoropolymer family of plastics and has a low coefficient of friction, excellent insulating properties.

PTFE is chemically inert to most substances. It also can withstand high heat applications and it is well know for its anti-stick properties.

Choosing the right seat ring material is often the most challenging decision in Ball Valve Selection. To assist our customers during this process, we are willing to offer information on customer request.

PTFE valve seats produced by US are widely used in textile, power station, petrochemical, heating and refrigeration, pharmaceutical, shipbuilding, metallurgy, light industry, environmental protection, Paper Industry, Sugar Industry, Compressed Air and other fields.
Product performance: high temperature resistance, good acid and alkali resistance and oil resistance; with good rebound resilience, sturdy and durable without leaking.

Crafted from 100% virgin PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), this valve seat offers unparalleled chemical resistance, which makes it an ideal choice for applications involving aggressive substances. PTFE, widely recognized under the brand name Teflon, stands out as the most chemically inert polymer available, ensuring that our valve seats maintain integrity even in the harshest conditions. Besides its exceptional resistance to chemicals, virgin PTFE is celebrated for its superb thermal stability and electrical insulation properties. These characteristics make our PTFE Butterfly Valve Seats indispensable in industries where high purity and non-reactive components are crucial. Our product range spans dimensions from DN50 to DN600, accommodating a broad spectrum of butterfly valves, particularly catering to the Bray resilient seated butterfly valves lineup. Each valve seat is engineered to achieve zero leakage, a critical requirement for both safety and efficiency in fluid handling systems. The meticulous design and manufacturing processes we employ ensure that each seat perfectly aligns with Bray's specifications, offering an optimal fit and seamless integration. Whether it's for water treatment plants, chemical processing, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, our PTFE valve seats enhance the performance and longevity of butterfly valves, directly contributing to the system's overall reliability and cost-effectiveness.
